Founder & CEO
Folake Osibanjo FNP-C is a highly-skilled Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of Nursing Experience. She brings a wealth of experience to Ultimate Hydration and Wellness Clinic with an approach that puts an emphasis on wellness. She treats patients with compassionate, personal, and expert care.
Ashlyn Merovee RN
Ashlyn has been a RN for 12 years, graduated from Adelphi University. Ashlyn has worked in various specialities from telemetry, ICU, pediatrics, home care, and ER. Ashlyn has been a travel ER RN for 3 years, recently relocated from NY and has expanded her skill set into IV hydration and wellness.
